Whippany eagerly opens the doors to River Park, an innovative village center thoughtfully designed for cyclists, pedestrians, and local residents.
Spread over more than 20 acres, this impressive development will include public spaces, notably a brand-new 7,200-foot part of the Patriot Path. This green route effortlessly joins South Jefferson Road and Parsippany Road, creating a convenient connection.
River Park goes a step further by offering a blend of shopping and entertainment. A welcoming band shell, relaxing parks, a specialty market, and a variety of restaurants set it apart.
River Park houses four unique apartment districts, each equipped with resort-like amenities for a comfortable living experience.
The community also benefits from two extended-stay hotels, ensuring visitors a comfortable and memorable stay.
All these are housed in a clean, 87-acre wooded area that is being fully developed.
Overseeing the construction is March Associates Construction, beginning with a residential building that will feature 81 riverside units.
As we near the end of this portion of the development, apartments are now pre-leasing.
